He also has played law enforcement on the road in Michael Moore's "Canadian Bacon" as an Ontario Provinicial Policeman (as well as an Oscar for Driving Miss Daisy - where he didn't get to drive)

Dan Akroyd is a Canadian Classic and a recognized gearhead. I also think he was the landshark on Saturday Night LIve or maybe it was his idea?

He would make a great guest for a star in the reasonably priced car
