Re-vamp test track for FOTA racing in 2010

Since Top Gear seems to have such a huge budget I was thinking you could do a show on making your test track into a Grand Prix racetrack so FOTA can race there next year. They will need tracks that Max & Bernie can't control. It will be perfect!!!! Do you find this valuable?
